This service requires your rebuildable Polaris FAN 550 engine core. Once your order is placed, our team will explain the shipping process, answer your questions, and help you prepare your engine for shipment to REV6.

Every engine is inspected individually before rebuilding begins. If damaged or unusable components are found outside the standard rebuild process, we’ll contact you with recommendations and obtain approval before completing any additional work.
