2019-2020 Polaris Ranger 900 Transmission Rebuild Service

The Polaris Ranger 900 Transmission is rebuilt for 2019-2020 models with close attention to wear, bearing condition, and gear setup. First, REV6 inspects the transmission core and tears the unit down for cleaning. A master technician then inspects the transmission before the rebuild moves forward.

During assembly, we install an HD pinion plate and set lash and mesh to spec. In addition, the bearings are cleaned and inspected, then upgraded bearings are installed as needed. Finally, every transmission goes through a quality control inspection before shipment.

Transmission Break-In

After installation, follow the REV6 transmission break-in procedure. Proper break-in includes fluid checks, varied speeds, reduced loads during the first five hours, and the first transmission oil change.
