Arctic Cat Prowler Pro 820 Engine 2019–2022

When your Prowler Pro 820 needs an engine replacement, REV6 delivers a rebuild you can rely on. Every unit is remanufactured with expert assembly, precision machining, and strict quality checks. Each build comes standard with a 1-year warranty, and you can extend coverage with our industry-best 2-year “No Fault” option.

What does your rebuild include?

• Standard 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder block is inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize or re-sleeved.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

Core Requirements:

⚠️ NOTE: We require your engine core at our facility to begin your the refurbish service. We will inspect your core upon receipt and invoice you for any damaged components requiring replacement beyond normal wear components.  Rev6 build upwards of 400+ engines per month! Sometimes, we just don’t have cores in stock. Not a big deal! We will make this process as easy as possible for you. After you place your order, we will send a box, a prepaid label, and arrange for pickup. Simply remove your exhaust, fuel related components, electrical and sensors, and we will send FedEx to your door for pickup! For full details, please visit our Help Center.

Warranty

Every engine includes our standard 1-year warranty, with the option to add 2-year “No Fault” coverage for complete confidence. Orders require a refundable core charge.
