Top End Rebuild Kit for 2009-2018 Ski-Doo 600 E-TEC
The Ski-Doo 600 piston kit is intended for engines with worn pistons when both existing cylinders remain reusable. Measure the cylinder bores before ordering to confirm that they remain within the required service limits.

Check Both Cylinders Before Assembly
Inspect each bore for scoring, taper, and out-of-round wear. Then verify piston clearance and ring end gap according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Cylinders outside their service limits require additional repair or replacement.
