Valve and Stem Seal Kit for the 2018-2024 Polaris Ranger 570
The Polaris Ranger 570 Valve Kit covers both the intake and exhaust sides of the cylinder head. It fits models from 2018 through 2024.
This Kit Includes
- (2) Forged intake valves
- (2) Forged exhaust valves
- (4) High-temperature valve stem seals
Check the Cylinder Head Before Assembly
First, inspect the valve seats and guides for wear. Then, measure each valve-to-guide clearance using the Polaris specifications.
Also, clean the valve and seal locations before assembly. After installing the parts, verify valve seating and final clearance before putting the head back together.
