Complete Standard-Bore Top End Kit for the 2018–2021 Can-Am Maverick 800

This Can-Am Maverick 800 Complete Top End Rebuild Kit replaces the cylinders and pistons while retaining the original bore configuration. It is made for 2018–2021 non-turbo models.

Before assembly, inspect the cylinder-head surfaces, connecting-rod small ends, and remaining valvetrain components. Then, verify piston clearance, ring end gap, piston orientation, and cam timing against the correct Can-Am specifications.

This Kit Includes

• Complete top end gasket kit
• Standard-bore piston rings
• (2) New standard-bore cylinder assemblies
• (2) Upgraded pistons

Standard-Bore Assembly Checks

Measure each piston and cylinder before installation. Check every piston ring inside its assigned cylinder, set the required end gaps, and arrange the rings in their specified positions. During installation, confirm piston direction and lubricate the cylinder walls, pistons, rings, and wrist-pin areas according to the Can-Am procedure.
