Description
Polaris Ranger 1000 XP Engine Remanufacturing (2017–2018) – Core Build
If your 2017–2018 Polaris Ranger 1000 XP engine has developed low compression, bearing noise, or excessive oil consumption, we rebuild your original engine to restore performance and durability. This is a core build engine, meaning you must provide your rebuildable engine core or pay a refundable core charge before shipment.
Because we control the machining and assembly process in-house, we ensure every engine meets strict internal specifications before it leaves our facility.
Warranty Coverage
Every rebuilt Ranger 1000 XP engine includes a standard 1-year no-fault warranty. In addition, you may upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for an additional $450.

Core Options
To receive your rebuilt engine, you must send your original core or pay a refundable $1,500 core charge. If your core qualifies, the charge is fully refunded.
If you prefer to receive your engine first, contact us about exchange options. This applies to customers with a qualifying core.
