Description
The REV6 Polaris 570 engine for 2012–2017 RZR and Ranger models is remanufactured from the ground up with premium components and precision machining. Every engine featuresa fully reworked head, and upgraded exhaust valve guides to withstand high RPM performance. Our team of expert techs doesn’t just assemble engines—they remanufacture them to restore the motor to good as new.
The RZR 570 rebuild includes:
- Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
- We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
- All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
- Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt, shimmed to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
- Exhaust valve guide replaced with manganese bronze valve guides for high RPM performance.
- Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
- Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
- Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
- Crankshaft is remanufactured with a new connecting rod, trued.
- Cylinder is inspected for damage and bored and honed to the next oversize or replaced.
- Piston replaced with a new moly coated piston and rings.
- Timing chain and oil chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
- Refurbished oil pump assembly.
- Fully inspected engine cases, tested for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
- All gaskets and seals replaced.
- Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.
Every engine goes through dual technician inspections to ensure it leaves our facility better than new.
