2024–2026 Engine Rebuild Kit for Polaris General XP 1000 Premium/Sport/Ultimate

This kit is designed for an engine teardown where the crankshaft assembly and standard-bore piston components are both being renewed. REV6 master engine technicians select and assemble the package for the listed Polaris General XP 1000 trims.

Select the Right Rebuild Tier

Measure Before Final Assembly

Inspect the cylinder bores, engine cases, bearing locations, and oil passages during teardown. Then, measure piston clearance, ring end gaps, crankshaft journals, rod clearances, and crankshaft end play.

Check the timing and oil pump drive components before closing the engine. Also, verify all timing marks and fastener specifications against the correct Polaris information.
