Polaris General XP 1000 Engine
REV6 rebuilds engines for 2024-2026 Polaris General XP 1000 Premium, Sport, and Ultimate models. First, each engine receives a complete teardown and inspection. Then, our team completes the machining, parts replacement, and assembly work needed to restore proper clearances, sealing, and function.
What REV6 Addresses During the Engine Rebuild
- Complete teardown and inspection of all internal components
- Cylinder head rebuilt, cleaned, and set to proper specification
- Exhaust valve guides upgraded with manganese bronze material
- Valve sealing surfaces corrected and verified
- Camshaft components cleaned, inspected, and corrected as needed
- Crankshaft checked and verified within OEM tolerances
- New high-babbitt main and rod bearings installed
- Cylinders evaluated and reconditioned to restore proper finish
- New moly-coated pistons and rings installed
- Timing and oil system components inspected and serviced
- Engine cases inspected and machined where needed
- All gaskets and seals replaced
- Final assembly completed to factory torque specifications

Send Your General XP 1000 Engine Core to REV6
You can send your engine to REV6 for rebuilding or use the refundable $1,500 core option. After REV6 receives and inspects your core, we process the applicable core refund. However, if you need the rebuilt engine first, ask our team about available exchange options.
