The Polaris RZR Pro S Top End Gasket Set provides gasket coverage for top-end engine work. It fits Sport, Premium, and Ultimate models from 2025 through 2026.

This Kit Includes

Prepare for Top-End Assembly

First, identify each supplied gasket and its location before assembly. Then, remove the old sealing material without scratching the mating surfaces.

Also, clean and inspect each surface before placing the new gaskets. After assembly, follow the Polaris bolt sequence and torque values for each engine part.
