The Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 is designed for riders who need a compact side-by-side without sacrificing power. If your engine has developed low compression, excessive oil consumption, or internal damage, REV6 can rebuild your original engine and return it ready for installation.

This is a Build Core Engine service for 2021-2026 Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 EPS, Premium, and Ultimate models. Once your order is placed, we’ll email your work order together with shipping instructions and engine preparation details. After your engine arrives, our technicians inspect the core before beginning the rebuilding process.

Engine Rebuild Process

• Complete engine teardown, cleaning, and inspection
• Crankshaft remanufactured with a new connecting rod and precision trued
• Cylinder inspected, bored and honed to the next oversize, or replaced as required
• New moly-coated piston and piston rings installed
• Cylinder head cleaned, decked, rebuilt, and shimmed to manufacturer specifications
• Manganese bronze exhaust valve guide upgrade for improved durability
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced when needed
• Valves and valve seats recut, then verified through vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced as necessary
• Timing chain and oil pump chain inspected and replaced as required
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Engine cases inspected for journal wear, cracks, and structural damage
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Final assembly torqued to manufacturer specifications
• Quality control inspection completed before shipment

Your rebuilt engine includes the gaskets and seals required to complete installation.

Build Core Engine Program

Your original engine is the foundation of every REV6 rebuild. After checkout, we’ll send your work order and shipping instructions so you can prepare and ship your engine to our facility. Once it arrives, we evaluate the core, complete the required machining and rebuilding procedures, and perform a final inspection before return shipment.

Because every engine arrives in a different condition, some rebuilding procedures may vary based on the inspection results.

Warranty & Production Information

Every rebuilt Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 engine includes a 1-Year No-Fault Warranty. Riders looking for additional coverage can upgrade to our optional 2-Year No-Fault Warranty for an additional $450.

Once your order is complete, we’ll provide everything you need to ship your engine to REV6. From initial inspection through final assembly, every rebuild is completed with attention to detail before your engine is returned ready for installation.
