The Polaris RZR XP 1000 is built to handle everything from technical trails to long weekends in the dunes. When engine damage, low compression, or excessive wear starts affecting performance, REV6 rebuilds your original engine using precision machining, detailed inspections, and proven rebuilding procedures that restore dependable operation.

This is a Build Core Engine service for 2024-2026 Polaris RZR XP 1000 Sport, Premium, and Ultimate models. After your order is placed, we’ll provide a work order along with shipping instructions so you can send your engine to REV6. Once your rebuildable core arrives, our technicians complete a full inspection before rebuilding begins.

Engine Rebuild Process

• Complete teardown, cleaning, and inspection of every engine component
• Crankshaft remanufactured with a new connecting rod and precision trued
• Cylinder inspected, bored, honed to the next oversize, or replaced when necessary
• New moly-coated piston and piston rings installed
• Cylinder head cleaned, decked, rebuilt, and shimmed to manufacturer specifications
• Manganese bronze exhaust valve guide upgrade for improved durability
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valve seats and valves recut and verified through vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced when required
• Timing chain and oil pump chain inspected and replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Engine cases inspected for journal wear, cracks, and structural damage
• New gaskets and seals installed throughout the engine
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications
• Final quality control inspection completed before shipment

Your rebuilt engine includes the required gaskets and seals needed to complete installation.

Build Core Engine Program

Your original Polaris RZR XP 1000 engine becomes the foundation of this rebuild. Once your order is received, we’ll email your work order together with engine preparation and shipping instructions. After your engine reaches REV6, it is inspected, machined as required, rebuilt, and quality checked before being prepared for return shipment.

Because every engine is evaluated individually, the exact rebuilding procedures may vary depending on the condition of your rebuildable core.

Warranty, Lead Time & Financing

Your rebuilt engine includes a standard 1-Year No-Fault Warranty. If you’d like additional protection, you can upgrade to our optional 2-Year No-Fault Warranty for an additional $450.
