2024–2027 Polaris Xpedition ADV and XP Engine Rebuild
REV6 rebuilds Polaris Xpedition ADV and XP engines with inspected crankshafts, rebuilt cylinder heads, new bearings, and reconditioned internal components. Our technicians complete the machining, assembly, and quality control process before shipment.
Each engine is assembled by one technician and independently inspected by another.
What Your REV6 Engine Rebuild Includes
- Complete teardown, cleaning, and inspection
- OEM components restored and reused when they meet specifications
- Cylinder head cleaned, decked, rebuilt, and shimmed to manufacturer specifications
- Manganese bronze exhaust valve guide upgrade
- Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
- Valve seats recut and vacuum tested
- Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned and polished
- Crankshaft inspected and verified within OEM specifications
- New high-babbitt coated main and connecting rod bearings
- Nikasil-coated cylinders inspected, refurbished, and hone-finished as required
- Moly-coated pistons and rings
- Timing chain and oil chain inspected and replaced as needed
- Refurbished oil pump assembly
- Engine cases inspected and machined as required
- New gaskets and seals throughout
- Final assembly torqued to manufacturer specifications
