This engine is available as a Build Core service. After placing your order, send your rebuildable Bobcat 3200 engine to REV6. Next, our technicians inspect your engine and begin the remanufacturing process. Once the rebuild is complete, our quality control team performs a final inspection before shipping your engine back, ready for installation.

• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• High-temperature valve stem seals installed
• Valves and valve seats recut, refaced, and vacuum tested

• Refurbished crankshaft
• New high-babbitt crankshaft and connecting rod bearings installed
• Engine cases inspected for cracks, damage, and excessive wear
• Cylinder inspected, bored and honed to the next oversize, or replated as required
• New pistons and piston rings installed
• Timing chain inspected and replaced when necessary
• Oil pump assembly inspected and refurbished as required
• New gaskets and seals installed
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications
