Arctic Cat Wildcat 1000 Engine Rebuild for 2012–Early 2013
REV6 rebuilds your Arctic Cat Wildcat 1000 engine with replated cylinders, new pistons and rings, refurbished crankshaft components, and cylinder head servicing. Our technicians inspect the engine before determining the repairs needed to restore proper internal clearances and operation.
Core Build Required: Your original engine must arrive at REV6 before rebuilding begins. Additional charges may apply if inspection identifies damaged components beyond normal wear.
What Your Wildcat 1000 Engine Rebuild Includes
- Complete engine disassembly, cleaning, and inspection
- Engine cases cleaned, blasted, and inspected for cracks and straightness
- Crankshaft and connecting rods inspected and refurbished to OEM specifications
- Cylinders replated
- New pistons and piston rings
- New gasket kit and oil seals
- New valve guide seals
- Cylinder head serviced, valves ground, and valve lash adjusted
- Timing chain and oil chain inspected and replaced as needed
- Final engine assembly and quality control inspection

Engine Core and Shipping Requirements
This is a build-core-only engine service. REV6 requires your original Wildcat 1000 engine for inspection and rebuilding.
After purchasing, REV6 provides shipping arrangements, including a shipping box, prepaid label, and pickup coordination. Remove the exhaust, fuel-system components, electrical components, and sensors before preparing your engine for shipment.
REV6 will inspect your core and invoice separately for damage requiring replacement beyond normal wear components.

One REV6 master technician assembles the engine, and a second technician performs an independent inspection before shipment.
Your rebuilt Wildcat 1000 engine includes a standard 1-year warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty upgrade.
