Shipping Your Core Back to REV6

Using the Original REV6 Packaging (Preferred Method):

If you’re sending your core back using the box and packing materials that came with your REV6 product, please reuse everything as long as it’s still in good condition. This includes the box, foam, and any internal supports. If the packaging is damaged or you’re unsure it will hold up during return shipping, check out our alternative packing guidelines below—or reach out to us with questions. We’re happy to help.

Shipping Without REV6 Packaging:

If you’re sending in your core before receiving your REV6 engine—or the original box isn’t usable—please pack it securely in a sturdy plastic tote or double-walled cardboard box. Allow at least 3–4 inches of padding on all sides. Use soft, durable materials that prevent movement during shipping: foam pool noodles, shipping paper, old towels, or cloth work great.
REV6 is not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or lost shipments. We also do not return boxes, totes, or any materials used in your packaging.
Note: Please follow the teardown instructions removing any parts that are not needed to rebuild your engine. Also, make sure your engine is free of oil or anything else that might drip or smell. Shippers often reject packages that have a strong odor or damage other packages.
