POLARIS 14-17 RZR 1000 ENGINES

A RZR 1000 can keep running even while engine wear starts building in the background. Oil consumption, lower compression, smoke, reduced throttle response, or harder starts are often early signs that it may be time to rebuild before a bigger issue sidelines your side-by-side.

REV6 offers rebuild options designed around your goals and how you use your UTV. Many customers choose to send in their original engine core because it often helps keep the rebuild process moving, while refundable core options may be available when inventory allows. Every engine goes through evaluation, rebuild work, careful assembly, and final quality checks before shipment.

Every rebuilt engine includes our industry-leading 1-year no-fault warranty, with the option to upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty. Tracking information is provided after shipment so you can stay informed through delivery.

Polaris RZR 1000 engine rebuild performance engine with upgraded internals and precision assembly, All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed. Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt, shimmed to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection. Exhaust valve guide replaced with manganese bronze valve guides for high RPM performance. Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed. Valves and valve seats recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test. Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed. Crankshaft is inspected and verified within OEM specs. Crankshaft main bearings and rod bearing are replaced with new high-babbit coated bearings. Cylinders are inspected for wear and damage. Worn cylinders are replaced with refurbished and hone finished nikasil coated cylinders. Pistons replaced with moly coated pistons and rings. Timing chain and oil chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed. Refurbished oil pump assembly. Fully inspected and machined engine cases, tested for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear. All gaskets and seals replaced. Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications by REV6 Powersports
