Parts Return Authorization

Returns Process

Returns and exchanges on new, unused parts must be requested within 90 days of the purchase date. All returns require authorization prior to return. Please fill out the return request form above (preferred), or call or text our customer service department at (801) 489-8697 or email us at returns@rev6sports.com to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). RMAs are typically approved within 1 business day.

Parts and kits should be returned in the same condition as received. Returns must be sent back with the original packaging. If an item is used, installed, or damaged, it cannot be accepted for return, but it could still be covered with our 1-year warranty

Returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the returned order.

The customer is responsible for all credit card and financing processing fees (if applicable).

Installed or used engines, transmissions, and parts cannot be returned for any reason.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase via sales order number.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 business days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@rev6sports.com. Please provide your RMA number along with your inquiry. 

Warranty and Exchanges

We will replace items if they are damaged or defective within 1 year of the purchase date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill out the form above and select “Exchange” for desired outcome or send us an email at returns@rev6sports.com to obtain an RMA, then send your item to:

If you are returning more expensive items, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Returns and Cancellations for Motors or Transmissions

For returns on uninstalled motors and transmissions, please contact customer service directly for an RMA. Contact us by calling 801-489-8697. Do not use the form at the top of the page, you will need to speak to customer service representative directly to obtain authorization. Installed or used motors and transmissions cannot be returned but could still be covered under our 1-year warranty. Cores sent in will not be returned to the customer, even if the order is cancelled or the motor or transmission is returned.
