Yamaha VXS 1800 WaveRunner Engine Build Core 2013–2015 | Built to Last

The Yamaha VXS is built for high-performance fun on the water, and it deserves an engine that can keep up. That’s why REV6 offers the VXS 1800 WaveRunner engine build core for 2013–2015 models. Each engine is fully remanufactured and tested to meet or exceed OEM standards for durability and reliability.

Rebuild Features

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder block is inspected for damage. If the bore is worn or damaged, requiring replating or sleeving, there will be additional fees incurred.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

Build Core Engine – Important Information

This product is a Build Core Engine. It is not a ready-to-install unit. REV6 requires a complete, rebuildable core free of cracks, major damage, or missing components to serve as the foundation for your remanufactured engine.
