Description

Yamaha VXS 1800 HO WaveRunner engines run at steady RPM and constant load. Over time, cylinder wear increases. Because of this, clearances move out of range. For that reason, this +.25mm master engine rebuild kit corrects wear using oversize pistons and matched parts. Every part includes a 1-year REV6 parts warranty.

Instead of replacing parts one at a time, this kit updates the rotating assembly, valve train, timing system, and sealing surfaces together. As a result, clearances stay stable. In turn, sealing improves, and engine life increases.
