REV6 delivers just that with our SX 190 1800 Jet Boat engine build core for 2013–2015 models. Every unit is precision remanufactured by skilled technicians, ensuring strength, reliability, and long-term performance.

Engine Rebuild Features

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder block is inspected for damage. If the bore is worn or damaged, requiring replating or sleeving, there will be additional fees incurred.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

Build Core Engine – What This Means for You

This listing is for a Build Core Engine. That means it’s not an off-the-shelf ready-to-install motor. Instead, we take your good, rebuildable core and remanufacture it into a totally refreshed engine. Your core must be free of excessive wear, cracks, or missing parts for us to process it correctly.
