The Yamaha AR 195 is built for excitement, and your engine should match that spirit. At REV6, we remanufacture 1800 engines to restore factory standards with new and refurbished internals and rigorous inspections. Each build core is carefully rebuilt to deliver the reliability and power you expect every time you hit the throttle.

Included Features

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder block is inspected for damage. If the bore is worn or damaged, requiring replating or sleeving, there will be additional fees incurred.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Build Core Engine – Important Notice

This product is a Build Core Engine, not an install-ready motor. A complete, rebuildable core is required for remanufacturing. During the process, we disassemble, machine, and rebuild the engine with new or remanufactured components. The condition of your returned core directly impacts the reliability of the final build.
