• Cylinder head inspection, cleaning, sandblasting, decking, and rebuild to manufacturer specifications
• Valve guide inspection with replacement as needed
• Valve and seat recut and refacing to ensure a tight seal, followed by vacuum verification
• Camshaft, lobe, and journal cleaning and polishing, with replacement when needed

Bottom End & Rotating Assembly

• Crankshaft rebuild, inspection, and verification within OEM specifications
• Bearing inspection and cleaning across all components
• Engine case inspection, machining, and testing for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear

Cylinder & Internal Components

• Cylinder inspection for wear and damage
• When needed, boring to the next oversize followed by finish honing, or full replacement
• Piston replacement with new piston and rings
• Timing chain inspection for stretch and wear, followed by replacement as needed
• Oil pump assembly refurbishment

Final Assembly

• Replacement of all gaskets and seals
• Engine assembly and torque to manufacturer specifications

Important: Work begins once the engine core arrives. After inspection, the typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks.
