Description
Yamaha Viking 700 Engine Rebuild Service (2014–2018)
The Yamaha Viking 700 is built to handle long days and tough conditions. However, as miles and hours add up, engine wear can lead to reduced power, rough operation, and inconsistent performance. Instead of patching issues one at a time, a full rebuild restores your engine so it runs smooth and dependable again.
At REV6, we fully tear down your engine, inspect every component, and correct wear where needed. Then we rebuild it using proper tolerances and refreshed internals. As a result, your Viking delivers steady torque and reliable performance whether you’re working or riding.

Built to Stay Reliable
Once clearances are corrected and sealing is restored, the engine runs smoother and holds consistent power. Because of that, your Viking stays dependable through long workdays and extended trail use.
Double Inspection Process
Every engine is built by one technician and then checked by another before shipping. This extra step helps ensure everything is correct before it leaves our shop.
Warranty Coverage
Every engine includes a 1-year warranty. In addition, you can upgrade to a 2-year no-fault plan for added protection.

Core Options
This rebuild requires either your engine core or a refundable $1200 core deposit. Once your core passes inspection, the deposit is returned in full. If damage goes beyond normal wear, deductions may apply.
If you prefer, you can send your core in first and avoid the deposit. We’ll inspect it and confirm the next steps.
Looking for Parts Instead?
If you’re not replacing the full engine, you can find crankshafts, pistons, cylinders, gaskets, seals, valves, and top or bottom end rebuild kits in our
