Description
Engine Rebuild Service for Kawasaki Teryx 750 (2008–2012)
The Kawasaki Teryx 750 is known for its durability, but over time, engine wear starts to catch up. If you’re dealing with power loss, noise, or inconsistent performance, a full rebuild is the best way to bring it back the right way.
At REV6, we specialize in rebuilding engines from the ground up. Every engine is torn down, inspected, machined, and rebuilt to OEM spec or better. Once it passes inspection, it’s shipped back ready to install so you can get back to riding with confidence.
Warranty & Confidence
Every engine includes a 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year no-fault warranty for additional protection. If something goes wrong, we stand behind our work.
Each engine goes through a strict quality control process to ensure long-term reliability.

Core Options
This rebuild service requires either your engine core or a refundable $1800 core deposit. Once your core is received and inspected, the deposit is refunded if the components meet rebuildable condition.
If you prefer to avoid the deposit, you can send your core first. After inspection, we will begin your rebuild.
Quality Control Process
Every engine is assembled by a master technician and then inspected by a second technician before it ships. This double inspection ensures everything meets spec.
Our team follows proven processes to deliver consistent, reliable results you can count on.
