Description
2012–2013 Kawasaki Teryx4 750 Engine Rebuild by REV6
When your Kawasaki Teryx4 750 needs internal engine work, the condition of the cylinders, cylinder heads, and crankshaft determines what the rebuild requires. REV6 inspects these components together rather than replacing individual parts without evaluating the rest of the engine.
Our technicians completely disassemble your engine, inspect its internal components, and complete the required repairs. The rebuild includes refurbished nickel-plated cylinders, new pistons and rings, and inspected valve train components.
What Goes Into Your Teryx4 750 Engine Rebuild?

Rebuild Note: Final repairs and replacement components may vary depending on the condition of your original engine core.
Refurbished Nickel-Plated Cylinders
The Teryx4 750 rebuild includes refurbished nickel-plated cylinders paired with new pistons and rings. These components are addressed together during the rebuild rather than treating piston replacement as a separate repair.
REV6 also inspects the cylinder heads and valve sealing surfaces before assembly. Valve guides are replaced when their condition requires it.
REV6 Double-Inspection Quality Control
After one REV6 technician assembles your rebuilt engine, a second technician inspects it again before shipment.
This process provides another opportunity to check the completed engine against REV6’s rebuilding standards.
Kawasaki Teryx4 750 Engine Core Requirements
This rebuild requires an engine core. Customers can send their original Teryx4 750 engine to REV6 or choose the refundable $1,800 core deposit option.
When a core deposit is paid, REV6 evaluates the returned engine to determine refund eligibility. A qualifying core may receive a full refund, while damage beyond normal wear can affect the refundable amount.
If you prefer to send your engine first, REV6 can inspect the core before confirming the next steps.
