Core Options

This motor rebuild service requires an $1,800 refundable core deposit or receipt of your engine core at our facility. We will inspect your core upon reception, and as long as components aren’t damage beyond normal wear and tear, you will receive a full core refund. Damaged components will result in a deduction to your core refund. To bypass the core deposit, you can send in your core first and we will contact you after receiving and inspecting the core.

What Our Rebuild Service Includes:

• Standard 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder heads inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinders are replaced with refurbished nickel plated cylinders.
• Pistons replaced with new pistons and rings.
• Timing chains inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.
