The Ski-Doo 850 E-TEC is built for performance in demanding conditions. When compression drops or reliability becomes a concern, a proper rebuild is the best way to keep your sled running strong when you need it most.

At REV6, engines are our specialty. We tear your engine down completely, inspect every component, and rebuild it using precision machining and proven processes so it performs the way it should on every ride.

Warranty & Confidence

Every rebuild includes a 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year no-fault warranty for added protection. If something goes wrong, we stand behind our work.

Precision Machining & Inspection

Cylinders are replated. For steel sleeve applications, we perform in-house cylinder boring to achieve proper piston-to-wall clearance and a consistent hone pattern.

Every engine is fully disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. We check crankshaft bearings, rods, trueness, and indexing. Engine cases are inspected for cracks, wear, and journal condition. Cylinders are evaluated for pitting, scoring, taper, and out-of-round conditions.

We do not charge for disassembly or diagnosis—every engine is evaluated thoroughly before rebuild.

Core Requirement & Process

This is a core-based rebuild service. A rebuildable core is required before work begins.

After placing your order, we send a prepaid label and arrange pickup. You remove the exhaust, fuel components, electrical components, and sensors, and we handle the rest.
