The Ski-Doo 800 P-TEC Engine Rebuild Service for 2007–2014 snowmobiles gives your engine a new life. You send in your core, and our skilled team rebuilds and returns it ready to ride.

Our Rebuild Process

First, we completely disassemble your engine and clean every surface. Then, our technicians check each part for wear, cracks, or alignment issues. After inspection, we replace and refurbish components and assemble everything to precise factory specs. Finally, every build is double-checked before it leaves our shop. As a result, your 800 P-TEC delivers smooth, reliable power all season long.

The Rebuild Includes:

• Standard 1-year warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty available.
• A full inspection of engine core
• Clean, blasted/inspected engine cases

• Upgraded moly coated cast pistons

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your refurbished Rev6 engine back to you!

Built With Precision Parts

Our cylinders are re-plated by Millennium Technologies, one of the most respected nickel-plating companies worldwide. For steel-sleeve engines, our in-house boring achieves perfect piston-to-wall clearance and a flawless hone pattern.

Warranty and Peace of Mind

Every REV6 rebuild is covered by our standard 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year No-Fault Warranty for complete protection; If anything happens, we make it right—no questions asked.

Core Options:

To receive the Rev6 engine, you will need to provide your old core or pay a refundable core charge of $1200. If your core is in good condition, the charge is fully refundable! If you have a good core to return, please give us a call. We also offer alternatives if you would like to avoid paying the refundable core charge and would like the new engine first, but this only applies to customers with a qualifying core for exchange.
