Sea-Doo Trixx 3up Engine Rebuild Service (2017–2023)

The Sea-Doo Trixx 3up is built for fun water time with room for more riders. However, when engine wear starts to show up, you may notice rough starts, weaker throttle response, or uneven power. A full rebuild brings the engine back the right way.

At REV6, we tear your engine down completely, inspect the key components, and rebuild it with corrected clearances and refreshed internals. As a result, your Trixx 3up runs cleaner, responds smoother, and gets you back on the water with confidence.

Core Requirement

This engine requires freight shipment. Shipping cost both to and from REV6 are included in the list price. Once purchased we will contact you with shipping and label details.

Core required: A rebuildable Sea-Doo Trixx 3up engine core must be supplied for this service. Once your order is placed, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and coordinate pickup.

Before shipping, remove your exhaust, fuel-related components, electrical parts, and sensors. After that, we handle the rest—from teardown to final rebuild and return shipping.

What’s Included in the Rebuild

• Standard 1-year warranty with optional 2-year no-fault upgrade
• Full engine core inspection
• Crankcase assembly inspected and refurbished
• Crankshaft assembly inspected and rebuilt
• New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings installed
• Cylinders bored and honed to the next oversize or re-sleeved as needed
• New pistons, rings, and wrist pins installed
• Cylinder head rebuilt and resurfaced
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and seats recut and vacuum tested for proper sealing
• Camshaft cleaned, inspected, and polished
• Mating surfaces decked and resurfaced for a tight seal
• Timing chain inspected and replaced when needed
• New gaskets and oil seals throughout
• All bearings cleaned, inspected, and replaced as needed
• Assembly completed by a master technician
• Double inspection before shipment
