• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test
• Camshaft cleaned, inspected and polished
• Decked and resurfaced mating surfaces to create a tight seal
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed
• New gaskets and oil seals
• All bearings fully cleaned and inspected, replaced as needed
• Assembly completed by a master technician
• Each unit inspected before shipment to confirm accuracy

We require the engine here to begin inspection and repair. We make the return process easy: we’ll send a box, a prepaid label, and arrange a pickup.
