Description
Sea-Doo GTX 951 DI Engine Rebuild Service (2000–2003)
The Sea-Doo GTX 951 DI is an older PWC platform that still has plenty of life left when the engine gets rebuilt the right way. However, once compression drops, seals wear, or cylinder condition slips, performance can fall off fast.
At REV6, we tear your engine down, inspect the core, and rebuild the key components that affect sealing, compression, and reliability. As a result, your GTX 951 DI gets the fresh foundation it needs to get back on the water with confidence.
Core Requirement
Core required: A rebuildable Sea-Doo GTX 951 DI engine core must be supplied for this service. Once your order is placed, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and coordinate pickup.
Before shipping, remove your exhaust, fuel-related components, electrical parts, and sensors. After that, we handle the rest—from teardown to final rebuild and return shipping.

Built to Restore Compression and Seal
The 951 DI engine needs strong compression, clean sealing surfaces, and properly serviced cylinders to run the way it should. Because of that, we focus on the parts that matter most during the rebuild.
In turn, your rebuilt engine starts cleaner, seals better, and delivers more dependable performance when you head back out.

Every rebuild includes a 1-year warranty. In addition, engine rebuilds may qualify for a 2-year no-fault upgrade for added protection.
