What’s Included in Your Rebuild

• Standard 1-year warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty available
• A full inspection of engine core
• Inspected crankcase assembly
• Inspected and rebuilt crankshaft assembly
• New high babbitt crankshaft bearings
• Cylinders bored and honed to next oversize or re-sleeved, or nikasil replated, depending on the needs of the cylinder
• New pistons, rings, and wrist pins installed with precision
• Rebuilt cylinder head
• Valve guide inspected and replaced as need
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test
• Camshaft cleaned, inspected and polished
• Decked and resurfaced mating surfaces to create a tight seal
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed
• New gaskets and oil seals
• All bearings fully cleaned and inspected, replaced as needed
• Assembly completed by a master technician
• Each unit inspected before shipment to confirm accuracy
• Double inspection guarantee — one technician builds, another checks
