Most tuning companies sell preloaded “canned” maps — one-size-fits-all junk that runs rich, knocks timing, and leaves power on the table. REV6 doesn’t do that. Every REV6 ECU tune starts from your actual stock ECU file, then gets rebuilt line by line to match your specific machine, setup, and riding style.

This is true calibration — not a copy-paste job. Our tuning engineers use the same principles we apply in our engine building division, where we’ve built some of the strongest UTV and ATV engines in the country. The result is smooth, predictable power, massive throttle response gains, and real-world reliability.

HOW IT WORKS

  2. We ship you a REV6 TDN Device + Link Cable.

  3. Plug into your machine and download the TDN App.

  4. Hit “Read Vehicle.” The app automatically sends your stock file to our tuning department.

  5. Within 24–48 hours, we’ll send your custom tune back.

  6. Flash your ECU, start it up, and feel the power.


 

REV6 PRICING

$750 Total — Includes All Hardware and Custom Tune

  • Return Option: Send the TDN device back for a $250 refund, leaving your total cost at $500.

  • Keep It: Retain your TDN device for future tune updates, data logging, and real-time monitoring from your phone.
