Polaris 570 Master Engine Rebuild Kit with Cylinder Head

Before ordering this kit, you need to verify both the crankshaft and the cylinder head style. In 2017, Polaris used two versions of the 570 crankshaft. This kit uses the 25mm taper at the beginning of the magneto side. In other words, this crankshaft has the large taper mag end, and the taper should measure 25mm at the beginning.

You also need to check the cylinder head style. Polaris ran two different 570 heads from 2021 through 2025: a new style and an old style. This listing is for the old-style head, which has a recessed, crush-washer style exhaust port. We have included a photo of the exhaust port on the head that comes with this kit so you can compare it to your current setup before ordering.

Crankshaft and Head Fitment Details

Fitment matters on this kit. The crankshaft in this listing is the 25mm taper version on the magneto side, with the large taper mag end. The cylinder head in this kit is the old-style version with the recessed, crush-washer style exhaust port.
