The Polaris RMK 650 is built for deep snow and hard riding, and that kind of use demands a solid engine. If you’re losing compression, noticing power drop, or just want peace of mind before the next ride, rebuilding your engine the right way makes all the difference.

Warranty & Confidence

Every rebuild includes a 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year no-fault warranty for added protection. If something goes wrong, we stand behind our work.

Precision Machining & Inspection

Cylinders are replated by Millennium Technologies, a trusted name in nickel-plating. For steel-sleeve engines, we machine cylinders in-house to achieve proper piston-to-wall clearance and a consistent hone pattern.

Every engine is fully disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. We check crankshaft bearings, rods, trueness, and indexing. Engine cases are inspected for cracks, wear, and journal condition. Cylinders are checked for pitting, scoring, taper, and out-of-round conditions.

This is a core-based rebuild service. Work begins once we receive your engine core.
