Your complete engine rebuild includes the following:

• Standard 1-year warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty available.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

This motor rebuild service requires an $1,200 refundable core deposit. We will inspect your core upon receipt and as long as components aren’t damage beyond normal wear and tear, you will receive a full core refund. Damaged components will result in a deduction to your core refund. To bypass the core deposit, you can send in your core first and we will contact you after receiving and inspecting the core.

We have access to hundreds of newly re-plated cylinders from single cylinders to mono block twin cylinders that are done by Millennium Technologies, one of the most respected nickel-plating companies in the world. For steel sleeve applications, we offer in house cylinder boring with perfect piston to cylinder wall clearances and perfect hone pattern for optimal performance.

Once engines are received they are fully dissembled, cleaned, and fully inspected. We inspect everything, crankshaft bearings, rods, true, and index. Engine cases are fully inspected for damage cracks or excessive wear in bearing journals. Cylinders are checked for pitting, scarring, and cylinder wear to see if it’s out of round or tapering. We do not charge for disassembly or diagnosing your motor.
