Master Engine Refresh Kit for 2015-2024 Polaris RZR 900

Loss of compression, valve wear, bearing noise, and leaking seals do not always require replacing every major engine component. This kit supports a detailed refresh when the cylinder, pistons, crankshaft, and connecting rods remain within their service limits.

Before assembly, inspect and measure every reusable component. The required block, connecting rod, and crankshaft identification numbers also help REV6 determine the correct bearing specifications for your engine.

Bearing Identification Is Required

Send REV6 the identification numbers from your engine block, connecting rods, and crankshaft. Our team can then mark the appropriate bearing specifications for installation. If you are unsure where to locate these numbers, contact the REV6 team before ordering.

Confirm the Engine Is Ready for a Refresh

Check the cylinder bore, pistons, crankshaft journals, connecting rods, valve guides, and valve seats before installing the new parts. If a major component falls outside its service limit, consider the Polaris RZR 900 Engine Rebuild Kit instead.
