Description
Polaris Sportsman 570 Engine Rebuild Service (2014–2016)
If your 2014–2016 Polaris Sportsman 570 engine has lost compression, developed rod noise, or started burning oil, we rebuild your original engine to restore strength and reliability.
Because we remanufacture engines in-house, we control machining tolerances, internal clearances, and final assembly standards from start to finish.
Before You Buy — Please Verify Your Crankshaft and Cylinder Head Type
This crankshaft replaces OEM part number 2204729. The tapered end of the crankshaft has a diameter of 22mm, just behind the threaded end for the flywheel. The cylinder head is OEM part number 2206221, 3023441, 3022616, 3022521, 1204594, and 1204289 The exhaust port runs a round crush exhaust gasket. Please confirm your crankshaft MAG end diameter and the exhaust port match these criteria prior to purchase. Polaris made changes to the crankshaft in 2017, dependent on sub-model. We recommend to confirm these parts are correct for your specific machine prior to purchase.
