Polaris 700 and 800 engines rely on proper sealing to maintain compression, oil pressure, and coolant control. This gasket and seal kit is built for rebuilds and repairs where old gaskets and seals can’t be reused. Every component in this kit carries a 1-year REV6 parts warranty.

By replacing gaskets and oil seals together, you reduce the risk of leaks and uneven sealing. As a result, the engine goes back together cleaner and stays dry once it’s back in service.
