If your 2008–2010 Polaris Dragon 800 engine has experienced piston scoring, compression loss, or internal failure, we perform a complete engine remanufacture to restore power and performance.

Each engine is disassembled, inspected, machined, and reassembled in-house to ensure proper tolerances and long-term durability.

Warranty Coverage

Every rebuilt Dragon 800 engine includes a standard 1-year warranty. For additional protection, you may upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for $450.

Core Deposit Requirements

This rebuild service requires a $1,200 refundable core deposit. Once your core is received and inspected, the full amount is refunded as long as components are not damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

If major damage is present, deductions may apply. To bypass the deposit, you may send your core first. We will inspect it upon arrival and contact you before proceeding.
