All of our refurbished Polaris 800 RMK motors are rebuilt with a fix kit. We guarantee your engine will be as good as new. We stand behind our engines with a 1-yr. warranty. Rev6 also offers a 2 year, no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for an additional $450. This means that for two years, we will replace your engine free of charge, no questions asked, if anything happens! We got you covered!

Your complete engine rebuild includes the following:

• Standard 1-year warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty available.
• A full inspection of engine core
• Clean, blasted/inspected engine cases
• Refurbished crankshaft
• Replated cylinder
• Upgraded moly coated cast pistons
• Fix kit spacer installed
• Seals & gaskets
• Assembly by a master technician
• Quality control inspection

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

This motor rebuild service requires an $1,200 refundable core deposit. We will inspect your core upon receipt and as long as components aren’t damage beyond normal wear and tear, you will receive a full core refund. Damaged components will result in a deduction to your core refund. To bypass the core deposit, you can send in your core first and we will contact you after receiving and inspecting the core.
