The Polaris RMK 800 VES Engine Rebuild service for 2003–2005 snowmobiles brings your original engine back stronger than ever. You send in your engine core, and our technicians rebuild and return it ready for another season of deep snow riding.

Step-by-Step Rebuild Process

First, your engine is completely disassembled and cleaned. Next, every part is measured, inspected, and upgraded where needed. Then, our technicians reassemble it to precise factory specs. As a result, your rebuilt engine delivers reliable compression, smoother operation, and lasting performance.

Every REV6 rebuild comes with a standard 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year No-Fault Warranty for complete peace of mind. That means if anything happens, we’ll make it right—no questions asked.

NOTE: THIS IS A BUILD CORE ONLY SERVICE

⚠️ A rebuildable core is required for this product. Rev6 build upwards of 400+ engines per month! Sometimes, we just don’t have cores in stock. Not a big deal! We will make this process as easy as possible for you. After you place your order, we will send a box, a prepaid label, and arrange for pickup. Simply remove your exhaust, fuel related components, electrical and sensors, and we will send FedEx to your door for pickup! For full details, please visit our Help Center.
