• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test
• Camshafts cleaned, inspected and polished
• Decked and resurfaced mating surfaces to create a tight seal
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed
• New gaskets and oil seals
• All bearings fully cleaned and inspected, replaced as needed
• Assembly completed by a master technician
• Each unit inspected before shipment to confirm accuracy

We have streamlined the core return process for your convenience. We will send a prepaid label and arrange pickup.
