When your engine requires +.50mm oversize pistons, you’ve already invested in proper inspection and machine work. This complete engine rebuild kit is built for 2007-2011 Kawasaki Ultra LX Jet Ski models and gives you the major components needed to put the engine back together with confidence.

The +.50mm sizing applies to the piston kits only. If your existing valves are still within factory service limits, this kit allows you to rebuild the rotating assembly without purchasing valve components you don’t need.

Built for Engines Requiring +.50mm Pistons

After the cylinders have been machined to the correct oversize, replacing the remaining wear components during the same teardown helps avoid repeat labor. This kit gives you the flexibility to reuse serviceable valves while replacing the parts that typically wear throughout the bottom end and rotating assembly.

• Install +.50mm piston kits after final cylinder measurements.
• Replace the crankshaft and connecting rods during one rebuild.
• Renew bearings before final engine assembly.
• Replace the cam chain and oil pump chain while the engine is apart.
• Complete reassembly with a new gasket kit.
