Kawasaki Ultra 310X Engine Rebuild by REV6
Send your 2022-2026 Kawasaki Ultra 310X engine core to REV6 for a full in-house rebuild. We inspect the engine first, then rebuild key areas based on the condition of your core. This process covers the crankshaft, cylinders, pistons, cylinder head, valve train, bearings, seals, and timing components.
Before your engine ships, a second technician checks the completed build. Additionally, your rebuild includes a standard 1-year no-fault warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty upgrade available.
Inside Your Ultra 310X Engine Rebuild
Crankshaft, Crankcase & Cylinder Work
- Full inspection of the engine core
- Crankcase assembly inspected
- Crankshaft assembly inspected and rebuilt
- New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings
- Cylinders bored and honed to the next oversize, re-sleeved, or Nikasil replated as needed
- New pistons, rings, and wrist pins
- Mating surfaces decked and resurfaced for proper sealing
Cylinder Head & Valve Train
- Cylinder head rebuilt
- Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
- Valves and valve seats recut or refaced, then checked with a vacuum test
- Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
- Timing chain checked for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed
Final Assembly & Quality Checks
- New gaskets and oil seals
- Bearings cleaned and inspected, then replaced as needed
- Engine assembled by an experienced REV6 technician
- Completed engine inspected before shipment
- Second technician checks the finished build for added quality control

Return Shipping & Break-In
