Kawasaki Ultra 310LX Engine Rebuild for 2014-2026 Models
A worn or damaged Ultra 310LX engine does not always mean starting over with an unknown replacement. REV6 rebuilds your original 2014-2026 Kawasaki Ultra 310LX engine core using an in-house process that covers the bottom end, cylinders, cylinder head, valve train, seals, and other key components.
Throughout the build, our technicians inspect parts to determine what can be reused and what needs attention. Then, before shipment, another technician checks the completed engine as part of our quality-control process.
How We Rebuild Your Ultra 310LX Engine
Crankshaft, Crankcase & Cylinder Service
- Full inspection of the engine core
- Crankcase assembly inspected
- Crankshaft assembly inspected and rebuilt
- New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings
- Cylinders bored and honed to the next oversize, re-sleeved, or Nikasil replated as needed
- New pistons, rings, and wrist pins
- Mating surfaces decked and resurfaced for proper sealing
Cylinder Head & Valve Train Work
- Cylinder head rebuilt
- Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
- Valves and valve seats recut or refaced, then checked with a vacuum test
- Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
- Timing chain checked for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed
Final Assembly & Inspection
- New gaskets and oil seals
- Bearings cleaned and inspected, then replaced as needed
- Engine assembled by an experienced REV6 technician
- Completed engine inspected before shipment
- A second technician checks the finished engine before it leaves REV6

Return Shipping & Engine Break-In
After your engine is rebuilt and clears our final checks, we will provide tracking information for the return shipment. Once installed, follow the REV6 Engine Break-In Procedure Guide before returning your Jet Ski to regular use.
