REV6 rebuilds the Kawasaki Ultra 260LX Jet Ski Engine for 2009-2010 models. Send us your original engine core, and our team will inspect and rebuild it using our proven in-house process. Before it ships, a second technician checks the completed engine for added quality control.
Every rebuild includes a standard 1-year no-fault warranty. Additionally, you can upgrade to our optional 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for added coverage.

Core Inspection & Engine Work
- Full inspection of the engine core
- Crankcase assembly inspected
- Crankshaft assembly inspected and rebuilt
- New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings
- Cylinders bored and honed to the next oversize, re-sleeved, or Nikasil replated as needed
- New pistons, rings, and wrist pins
- Mating surfaces decked and resurfaced for proper sealing
Cylinder Head & Valve Train
- Cylinder head rebuilt
- Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
- Valves and valve seats recut or refaced, then checked with a vacuum test
- Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
- Timing chain checked for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed
Assembly & Quality Checks
- New gaskets and oil seals
- Bearings cleaned and inspected, then replaced as needed
- Engine assembled by an experienced REV6 technician
- Completed engine inspected before shipment
- Second technician checks the completed build
