Master Engine Rebuild Kit for 2020–Early 2021 Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000

The KRX 1000 Master Rebuild Kit covers major top- and bottom-end components for an extensive engine rebuild. It includes the crankshaft, cylinder, pistons, connecting rods, valves, cam chain, bearings, gaskets, seals, and water pump seal set listed below.

Important fitment check: Inspect the fixed countershaft pinion gear on your crankshaft before purchasing. If that gear has angled splines, you have the late 2021 crankshaft style, and this kit will not fit.

For the angled-spline crankshaft, use the late 2021–2025 Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 Master Engine Rebuild Kit instead. If you are uncertain which version you have, contact REV6 before placing your order.

Crankshaft, Rod, and Bearing Installation

The crankshaft and connecting rods come as separate components. They are not supplied as an assembled crankshaft-and-rod unit. Therefore, measure the journals and confirm all bearing clearances during assembly.

The supplied bearings are color coded. However, color alone should not replace journal measurements or the Kawasaki service specifications. Also inspect the engine cases, oil passages, balance shaft, and related surfaces before final assembly.

The 2020–early 2021 Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 Complete Engine Rebuild Kit includes the cylinder and rotating components but does not include the intake and exhaust valves supplied with this Master kit.
